How to get a nice Tan~

Everybody knows that tanning is a very simple thing but getting a nice and great tan is difficult~
Why? People often had a misconception of tanning under the sun when it's temperature is at it's peak, the better chance of getting a nice golden tan~ WRONG!
Imagine u deep fried anything with superb high temperature, it get's burned easily and turn out black~ Yup that's what happen when u don't tan at the right time and when u don apply sunscreen~ Apply sunscreen when u wanna tan at the hottest temperature to prevent sunburn~

When tanning there are several tips i wanna share here~
I'll keep it short and nice ok.

I used to have a nice golden tan, it really glows and i don't have any sunburns when i got tan~ Haha~ I use to had it b4, sunburn, raw feeling and very unbearable~

But i thought of a way to get as much tan as i want without getting burn~
My secret weapon is to use high SPF sunscreen~ Use it under tanning lotion

Using a high SPF sunscreen dosen't mean u won't get tan, it blocks off most of the harmful rays and prevent ur skin from sunburn and premature aging~ (nice ya?)
U'll still get tanned but not chacoal dark that kind~

Apply sunscreen on ur face and body and wait for 30 mins for ur body to absorb, then apply sun tan lotion(u can choose the ones which contain 0 Spf) then u can start tanning alrdy! :)

The max time i have tan is around 4 hours, and when the sun is at it's peak.
But must be consistent at the same timing, i tan almost twice per week sometimes once only~

Always apply moisturizing lotion everyday during the period when ur tanning, it keeps the skin from getting dry and dehydrated~

Tata! Getting a nice and glowy tan isn't that difficult ya?

Ok i'm back home and not yet tired(maybe i will later) slacking till don wanna sleep~

Today wasn't bad, cos i don have shortage of money (must be very careful working in pool centre) Tonight onli full house for abt 30 minutes and then one by one they closed the table becos they gotta rush back to watch The World Cup~

Why the hell ppl were so facinated by soccer?! Watching all the men running after a ball? So bored! Well i'm not a soccer fan so i won't understand their feelings anw~ Who cares~

Ok while i had finished counting all my money which turns out to hv extras, so lucky! but out of sudden the phone rang~ I thought it was William so i did not bother to wait for the Caller ID to show the no. It turns out to be a guy~

After hving a chat with my frens i took a cab back home~
This time my bf alrdy had got out of the house for work, so sian~

Wasn't been able to get to sleep after coming back from work so i watched cartoons.... Watch and watch STILL can't get to sleep! Well get use to it liao, it's not the first time i'm hving sleepless nights~ Feeling sick and aching all over plus sore throat and headache and cough~ Just took some tablets i found in the drawer for fevers, after a while i'm feeling better~

I watch One Piece till i'm gonna fall asleep, suddenly..... Allan's father came in and.... close the door of the cupboard (making some noises) and there again i'm awake again till now.....

So i sit up, click on the IE to access my friendster~ Haiz~ Browse a few of my friends profile and kind of feeling sad~ Cos most of their photos are with their bfs, regardless of where they are~
So sad that i don't receive any flowers this year's valentines day, actually Allan was quite broke after he's serving NS, i don't wanna sound like a spoilt kid but i really yearn for just a simple gift(even 1 stalk of rose cos i know during valentines day can be a bit ex)~ Although people said everyday can be a valentines day but i don't feel it at all (infact i did not gave him anythg too) haiz~ So i've decided to do my own things, setting goals to accomplish~

Till now, i still cannot figure what he is to me~ Sometime i might miss him but sometimes not, maybe we have been staying together for quite sometime alrdy like a married couple... But things are getting quite meaningless and lifeless... Maybe he's not the one for me, after all the sweet memories were all engulf by anger and hatre in the past and left with nothing in the end~
I've always learn something for every r/s... Not hatre nor anger, it's about trust~ i hate being lied, really really hated being lied~ And due to my naive nature, all of what had happened in the past i learn something~ that is... do not be too frank, do not forget ur friends even u hv bf/gf...

Went for work at pool centre today, bored till i've to read magazines that's in the pool centre... Guess what? there was an article that the reporters wrote in the mag when they hv an interview with Kelly Poon~

Remember she advertise herself for the slimming centre? She said that b4 she slims down, her waist was like 27 inches, after she tried slimming in so-and-so centre, her waist got down to a 24 inches....

WTF~ In the article she said she was a skinny freak long long time ago and there it has her photo on the mag~ Tell me, if she was a skinny freak, her waist should not be a damn 27 inch right? It would have been lesser like a 21 inch! What a stupid advertising gimmicks, she's obviously skinny in the first place b4 she became a "Super Star"
What is this??? And what more is her acting skill sucks as well~
I think Shi Xin Hui sings BETTER than her ok! If not because of the damn voting thingy Xin Hui would hv won~

And what more is, i don think these "super Stars" career will last for both of them(Kelly Poon & Chen Weilian)
In acting Chen Weilian can only go this far(act as a blind man) cause he cannot function like a normal person, his singing doesn't even make me go "WOW" at all~ nthg special about his voice~

Oh well, it's sch orientation today at sentosa.... actually really don wanna make the effort to wakeup early in the morning just to participate in this event, no choice cos i've paid $$ alrdy~

1st thing we hv to gather in sch and than we took bus to the destination.... damn sian lo.... i wasn't wearing the shirt that they gave cause it's god damn ugly plus i don wanna hv an ugly tan later on (cause the shirt got sleeves mah~) so i wore Candy's Red Bull shirt~ haha~ it looks quite ok on me but really tight on her (hehe~) Aiya cause she has bigger built than me ma~ She's freaking 175cm talk ok!

I thought this event only last about 4 or 5 hours than we are free to do our activities~ BUT HOR~~~ Stupid la~ i brought all my necessities and WTH it lasts until sun set LOR~ Sian~ Was yearning for a tan and........... kaoz~

We played Amazing Race running here and there like mad ppl, followed 2 mad boys infront~ (think i'm gonna loose sssome weight liao) haha~ it was like racing and in the end we've won! Lucky! Guess what we won for the top price??

Today was really horrible, i would hv taken another route back to my bf's home but instead we take the usual route from IKEA back with candy & Allan's dad.

A horrible scene i can describe & would nvr forget in my whole(entire) life~

A man lying on the ground under blk 8 right infront of the lift, motionless & was covered with white cloth... Instant death with his head hits the ground, brain discharges spills out & land on the ground floor beside the lift & i almost step on it. Bits & pieces of skulls were found on the ground too. His skin had turn almost pale, a man in his late 40's ended his life just there~
2 policeman & 2 investigators were at the scene, they hv alrdy tape up the surrounding preventing anyone to get near.

Do u know that commiting suicide is a crime?

Morning me & dear went down to Mirama Hotel to hv Dim Sum Buffet With his NS frens.
We order alot of it fearing we do not ate enough, so kia su~
In the end, we ordered 24 dishes of them, some were repeated~

We almost puked by then, we cheated by cancelling a few of them... lucky it was buffet, if not we will be wasting our money.

I remember i bought those jap mag, always featuring jap gals with long and wavy hair, it damn nice lo! Too bad, perming isn't gonna give u the wave u want or maybe worest!

So the risk of damaging ur hair is vry high plus it gonna burn a hole in the wallet.

Just thought abt perming reminds me of Janette Aw, her spiral perm damn ugly but donno y it actually look quite ok on her leh...
Imagine i've got spiral perm done, my mum would thought that i'm out of my mind~

Well, to achieve the perm u see in the jap mag, it is totally impossible to get it by perming.
It can only be achieve by using curling tools~
I see those jap gals demostrating on how to get the style u wan, the description on the mag says

Haha, yeah today went tampines for movie with pei pei… we watch the movie ‘Meet the Fockers’ its damn funny lo, lol. & btw I realists the word fockers is pronouns as ‘f**kers’ when we will say it as ‘forker’ aiyo really u will tot they are scold their own surname in there haha, they hv lots of funny words its damn funny, one of the line they said ‘we fockerised them!’ oh cannot reveal too much, it’s a must watch movie. Will make u laugh till u zhi bu qi yao lai, lol…

So we call parkway again to tell them wat they charge at cine, PW even give us offer $16.90 per pax plus free beer plus free fruits n still give us 2 free drinks per person lol. Yeah in d end we decide to go there cos its near our home n the offer is good lol. So happy!

Yoz, its Sunday and its my ex-sch mate's b'day today... a cute boi name yuan huan aka Dave. Ya went to Tampines to buy his present with dear jus now... Its damn crowded today, squeezing here n there with ppl. Yeah and today Van Fan came, but i miss it...

oh well its ok cos not crazy abt him jus feel tt he's cute hoho.... After i got his present we went straight to his home, i think d way to his home is abit complicated since he really donno how to tell me... yeah, sure its abit complicated, we spend 10 mins walking to his home, when its actually take abt 5 mins!

Then jus hanging there in his home for a little while until he cut his cake, will upload d pics these few days. Went back to TM again to get presents & btw, its for christmas pary nite present changing, ha... he bought a shower gift set worth $12.90, Soo.. cheap d gift set includes 1 shower gel, 1 body lotion & a soap(wish tats for me =P)

Well after tt we went back to my hse to fix my rotten laptop. Yeah rlly takes a lot of time reformatting my laptop, in d end, Yes! Its fixed, no problem shutting down & start up. Haha... & fix up d internet dial up in my bro's room, rlly thank dear alot.... Luv u dear *muack!
